media planning manager
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring digital media plan
- Initiating and analyzing research and data needed to develop and implement the media strategies
- Maintaining contact with digital media sales representatives
- Negotiating digital media rates and added value opportunities to ensure client receives most advantageous package
- Assisting in the gathering of information and the evaluating of final campaign analyses
- Monitoring of all digital media campaigns results
- Working closely with Client Service to develop client strategy utilizing historical performance to identify learning and benchmarks
- Utilizing site analytics (Google Analytic, Omniture, etc.) to perform site
- Analyzing large data sets quickly and at granular levels in Excel and making strategic decisions for campaigns based on key performance indicators and trends
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of digital agency/client experience
- Experience in planning and implementing online media
- Excellent mathematical ability: can understand and evaluate budget/results data effectively
- Decisive and effective problem-solving ability
- Ability to work on multiple tasks effectively
- Basic presentation skills
