• Developing, implementing, and monitoring digital media plan
  • Initiating and analyzing research and data needed to develop and implement the media strategies
  • Maintaining contact with digital media sales representatives
  • Negotiating digital media rates and added value opportunities to ensure client receives most advantageous package
  • Assisting in the gathering of information and the evaluating of final campaign analyses
  • Monitoring of all digital media campaigns results
  • Working closely with Client Service to develop client strategy utilizing historical performance to identify learning and benchmarks
  • Utilizing site analytics (Google Analytic, Omniture, etc.) to perform site
  • Analyzing large data sets quickly and at granular levels in Excel and making strategic decisions for campaigns based on key performance indicators and trends


  • A minimum of 3-4 years of digital agency/client experience
  • Experience in planning and implementing online media
  • Excellent mathematical ability: can understand and evaluate budget/results data effectively
  • Decisive and effective problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks effectively
  • Basic presentation skills
