• Plan and execute assigned digital projects (website, application, e-commerce, digital platform etc.) according to client’s transformation plan
  • Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading quantitative and qualitative reports etc.)
  • Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes  
  • Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise presentations
  • Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
  • Develop detailed digital solution plans to drive small or radical changes
  • Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies
  • Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues
  • Seek cooperation with other digital platforms (social media, e-market place, ride-hailing, payment and tech startup etc.) to extend new digital possibilities


  • A degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field
  • Prior experience as a strategic planner or business analyst
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of industry strategies
  • Ability to interpret relevant data in order to initiate practical solutions
  • Strategic, creative, proactive, and resilient mindset is welcome
