KOL SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

  • Manage communications and build relationships with KOLs and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions
  • Reaching and building a KOL network for different categories on social media
  • Organising and strategic planning for media and KOL planning
  • Manage and report social media performance on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Negotiating with KOLs and their representatives to obtain the best rates and most appropriate social media formats
  • Manage the billing process with vendors and ensure payments are processed in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns
  • Reach and present the latest social media trends

Qualifications

  • Experience with KOL selection, negotiation and evaluation
  • Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a social media/PR/Media Agency
  • Live and breathe social media and understand its place within media landscape
  • Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing, e.g. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to visually present data/information and plans to clients and team
