Responsibilities

  • Monitor Answer questions to users in Social Media pages , both in the comments and inbox resolve complaints, Collect and coordinate with related parties.

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience on social media
  • Having knowledge and understanding of using social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Line and others) as a life 
  • Like to update and enjoy keeping track of trends. 
  • Enjoy talking Interact with Social media users.
  • Understand how to communicate, interact with users
  • Know how to change the tone of talking appropriately 
  • If you have experience as an page administrator, take care of your social media brand's pages will be first to consider.
  • Able to monitor social media pages and answer user questions, as both in-office hours & during weekends.
  • Good human relations, service mind, high responsibility 
  • Work under pressure and solve immediate problems. 
  • Good writing skills in both Thai and English. 
  • Age not over 30 years old.
